What is The One Co?

The One Co is an Australian premium streetwear brand built around one idea: wear it like you mean it.

We don't do fast fashion. We don't do weekly restocks. We release limited drops — a set number of units, carefully selected pieces, and when they're gone, they're retired. Drop 01 is The Legacy Collection. Three colourways. One standard.

We're small. We're new. We're real.


What makes The One Co different?

Most brands will tell you they're different. Here's what we'll actually tell you:

The Legacy Collection is built from 390gsm French Terry — heavyweight, structured, and chosen before the design was finalised. The tape detailing is stitched. The fit was tested for how it looks on a real person, not a mannequin.

We're also genuinely limited. Not "limited" as a launch hook — limited as in we produced a fixed number of units per colourway and we won't be reprinting them. When Drop 01 sells out, it's done. That decision was made before we launched, not after.

If you're looking for cheap basics, this isn't it. If you're looking for something you'll still be reaching for in three years, keep reading.


Is this a legitimate Australian brand?

Yes.

THE PRODUCTS

What's in Drop 01?

The Legacy Collection — three colourways, one silhouette, two pieces per colourway.

Each piece is sold separately or as a set. All built from the same 390gsm French Terry, with matching branded tape detailing down the sleeves and legs.


What is French Terry and why does it matter?

French Terry is a knit fabric with a smooth face and looped interior. At 390gsm, it sits at the heavyweight end — the kind of weight that holds its shape, insulates without overheating, and doesn't feel thin or flimsy after the first wash.

Most budget streetwear uses 280–320gsm. The difference is noticeable the moment you pick it up.


What are the pieces actually like in person?

The tape detailing is stitched into the sleeve and leg seam — it's not a print or an iron-on. The branded The One Co mark repeats along the tape. Up close it's a detail. From a distance it reads as a clean stripe.

The hoodies have a relaxed silhouette with a dropped shoulder. The pants have a tapered leg and elastic waist with a flat drawcord. Both pieces are cut to work together or separately.

We chose every detail on purpose. Nothing is there to fill space.

SIZING & FIT

What's the fit like?

Both the hoodie and pants are true to size with a relaxed, modern cut.

The hoodie has a dropped shoulder — if you want a snug or fitted feel, size down. If you want an oversized look, size up.

The pants are tapered — they taper toward the ankle rather than being wide-leg or slim-fit. True to size gives a clean, modern silhouette. Size up for a more relaxed drape.

Is the sizing unisex?

Yes. All pieces are unisex. The Legacy Collection was designed to be worn by anyone.

Women typically prefer to size down one size for a more fitted look. Men typically wear true to size. But wear it however it works for you — that's the whole point.

Where do you ship?

Australia-wide. We also ship internationally to selected countries — rates are calculated at checkout.

Australian standard: 3–7 business days
Australian express: 1–3 business days
International: 7–14 business days


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer Free Australia Wide Shipping on orders over $100+


Do you provide tracking?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

RETURNS & ORDERS

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

If something arrives and it's not right — wrong item, faulty, or damaged — contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted but return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, where stock allows. Contact us at sales@shoptheone.store before returning anything and we'll check availability and hold the correct size for you.


Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. After that, the order may already be in dispatch.

DROPS & AVAILABILITY

Will Drop 01 be restocked?

No. Drop 01 is a fixed-unit release. When a size or colourway sells out, it won't be reprinted or restocked.

If your size sells out, join the email list — drop demand helps us plan future colourways and silhouettes.


When is Drop 02?

We don't announce dates until we're ready. Drop 02 is in development. The email list gets the announcement first — always.

Can I pre-order future drops?

Not currently. Everything ships from existing stock. When a new drop is announced, it's available immediately.
