RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love what arrives. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
CHANGE OF MIND
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
— Unworn and unwashed
— In original condition with all tags attached
— Returned in original or equivalent packaging
Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense.
Sale items and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange for a different size where stock permits. Contact us before sending anything back so we can hold the correct item for you.
HOW TO RETURN
Email sales@shoptheone.store with:
— Your order number
— Item(s) you're returning
— Reason for return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
Australian Consumer Law applies. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
